Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Western Union money order, wire transfer...
Q: Can we pay with Paypal?
A: Unfortunately, no. PayPal services are not established in Serbia yet. As soon as the services get established, we will accept PayPal payments.
Q: In what format do we receive our files?
A: Your files will be sent back in their original format. Generally, the files will be located in heavily encrypted .zip archives and the decryption keys are sent upon received payment.
Q: Do you guys offer any discounts for returning customers?
A: Yes. We offer discounts for returning customers, as well as special discounts for companies that decide to use our services exclusively.
Q: Help! I need a few pages translated ASAP!
A: Don't worry, our translators have priorities. That means translations needed urgently are translated first. Just be sure to enter "urgent" when filling in our form.
Q: What happens if all your translators are currently busy?
A: That is not likely to happen, yet even if it does, we offer you two possibilities - we can either find you another (probably freelance) translator in that field or you can wait until the required translators finish their current projects.
Q: What procedures are in place for dealing with quality issues and/or complaints?
A: Each project undergoes a quality and consistency check with our project coordinator, the translations are subsequently proofread to ensure that quality complaints are reduced to minimum. So far we have received no such complaints, as our translating procedures include close cooperation with our clients to ensure needs and expectations are met in entirety.
Q: What is your policy for managing translators that produce sub-standard work?
A: We have strict rules on recruiting new translators, which, along with our quality and consistency checks, ensures that no translations are below-par.
Q: Are you able to put together resources/translation teams with short turnarounds? What is your standard turnaround for sourcing additional translators?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that additional requests with regards to short turnarounds or increased volume could be met, due to an insufficient number of specialized translators.
Q: What are your minimum qualification/experience requirements?
A: All of our translators are state-certified English translation graduates from the first university in Serbia that featured a translation department. Strict rules and internal tests are applied when hiring new translators.
Q: Explain how you avoid recurrence of errors?
A: By paying special attention to detailed proofreading and the suggestions we receive from our clients.
